Self management classes for type 2 diabetes are held in various locations and times in Windsor and Essex County. You are encouraged to bring along a friend or family member. The classes are two hours in length and run for four weeks. Please locate the most suitable location for you to start the registration process. Upon receipt of this information, you will be called or emailed to confirm necessary information. Contact will be made within 2 business days. NOTE: Classes that have already been filled are not listed below.
